Print quality “Camera Ready” files are required for every order, when available. We require .EPS or .PDF files that do not include bitmap embedded images. Please remember to convert all text to outlines or curves when submitting a file. All art files submitted may require additional art charges upon review, at a rate of $40 per hour. Our minimum art charge for any order is $20. We do offer free typesetting up to 15 minutes. Anything after will be billed at the above cost. Any other associated charges with the printing process will be as follows:
- Screen / Storage fees
- $20.00 per color per design will be applied to all orders.
- ALL screens remain the property of Goldstar Printing, Inc and will be stored on hand for 12 months.
- After the 12 month period you may incur screen charges again
- Reorder setup fees
- $5 per color, per design is applied to all reorders.
- Wash fees
- Anytime the imprint color is changed on a design, a wash charge of $5 will apply.
- Simple smear
- Smear printing is charged as a 2 color imprint + $0.50
- Specialty printing
- Please inquire about any specialty printing projects you may have. Including but not limited to: suede, puff, glow in the dark, glitter, crystalline etc.
- PMS color matching
- We have a lot of inks in stock. On your order we will already use the ink closest to what is required on your order. If we do not have that ink color you may inquire about the price of a PMS color match to have that identical color printed.
- Artwork
- Any artwork that is sent to us that requires changes will incur $40 per hour charges, billable in 1/2 hour increments.
Our screen printing normal production time is 7-10 working days during off peak months and 10-14 working days during peak months. Please try to plan for all order cut offs and deadlines accordingly.
- Rush
- We do have rush services available. Prices vary depending on the variables of your project. Please call and inquire.
